Grant absolutely made my life easy and helped me to complete the challenging and at times “unrealistic” project of a total house gut and rebuild that I started with the ticking clock of the arrival of my second child. Grant got me moved in before my son arrived through shear hard work and commitment.

He was not only focused on the work happening that day, but what was going on in the next 2 and 4 weeks time. He picked up errors and missing information in the architect’s plans well in advance, giving me more options on what I could do and mitigating additional cost and delays.

He was reliable throughout and a man of his word with both the price at the outset of the project and day to day communication. If there was a change in plan for any reason he would always call in advance to let me know rather than waiting for me to find out and then dodging calls like many other trades I have worked with in the past.
